So far, so good! I've been going for 3 months and I think I'm finally on the right path - the long lasting path of having made a lifestyle change that will keep the weight off! I've lost about 15 lbs and I feel great. The ladies are so encouraging and helpful. It's a great place! I definitely recommend them!
I lost over 20 lbs. in my first two months. Not only does the medication help but the Nutrition Class also helps alot. Put the two together and you will lose... add exercise and you will lose more! The staff is always extremely friendly and positive. I always look forward to going and with there was one closer to where I live as I drive an hour each way to my appointments. This is a definite recommend for anyone that is serious about taking control of their weight and losing it!
Dont expect a lot of support – First off when I called the business, the woman did not give me very many details on the program. She insisted on making an appointment, my husband and I decided to go down and talk to them to see if it would fit our life style. When I got there it did resemble to some degree a doctors office. it was full to the brim with people and it turned out they were doing a mass intake of people.
