Recommendedwhen I quit smoking, I gained 45 lbs. I tried several different diets on my own over a 5 year period. My daughter gifted me a gift certificate for Christmas. Here it is 6 months later and I have lost 35 lbs, YAY!! I highly recommend this diet to anyone who has tried to diet on their own! Also I found this diet to cost less then any other program!
