People are rude and totally unaccountable. On day of appointment, the doors are locked and we have to scatter around. Then they come 5 to 10 minutes late and let you enter the building and accuse you of being late. On top of it if we say we cant cancel appointment because i was not late, they say we are being rude. Horrible people. Cant trust accountability on this etobicoke location as i am sure in the struggle to weight loss, if we follow the Plan to T and results are not as they claim, they are going to accuse the client.... read more
I’ve had a fantastic experience with the team at the Weight Doctor. Initially I thought it was going to be the medication that would be the game changer but it was the CBT Sessions that really changed my perspective and ultimately helped me reach my goals!
Weight doctor was helpful in getting me started with weight loss. With an informed nutritionist (Maharleen) and genetic test results, I learned a lot about what foods are right for me and much more. The medication (ozempic) aspect was a bit disappointing since i was not told how much it would cost prior to starting the program. It is not normally covered by health plans. However, if you can afford the meds, they are effective in combination with the nutrition counselling. Overall i was pleased with this program!
Was very satisfied with results, after trying many different things in the past this one has definitely helped and I’ve seen big results in so little time. Definitely recommended.
BEST WEIGHT LOSS CLINIC! effective, knowledgeable and caring. My entire process from start to finish was handled with care, expertise and patience. I am very thankful I found this place as it has caused me to regain hope in myself. Ashley and Mackenzie really help make this a wonderful experience! :)
