I was recommended this place and decided to give them a try. I placed my very first order and got the wrong product. I reached out to see what solution they'd have and test their customer service. We agreed to a refund for the difference. When it was time to give me back my money, nothing happened. All of a sudden they don't respond anymore. I've texted multiples times. I lost a couple of dollars but never again. First and last time with this company. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Nelcia helped me when I couldn’t get to her store to purchase supplements while I was battling Covid in 2021. I sent my niece to pick them up for me and I have been a loyal customer ever since. Her products work and my favorite is the soursop sea moss. I purchase it monthly and consume it daily. It’s a real fan favorite in my house.

I had a consultation with a snake oil doctor in a back room of Nelcia's shop, Dr. Haynes. He told me I have 3 brain tumors, a kidney tumor, a tumor on my spine, rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, stomach stenosis, hemorrhoids and I cannot remember the rest.
