I have been waiting for some sort of correspondence. While the products seem good, I cannot give a good review when I did not receive all of my order.....You advertise a "Combo" but only HALF/ 1 Bottle was mailed. After several attempts to contact the merchant by calling, text, and emails.....still no response. This is unfortunately the only way to get answers. There is a reason for placing the order and your lack of response seems dismissive and dishonest.
The service and help I received was great. Thank you for all the help. The product haven't 100 percent work bur I'm patiently waiting because I bought just what I needed
I wouldn't have a issue being charged for a product I've received but not receiving a product I ordered going on 3 weeks now and being charged is where I'm having an issue. I've made several attempts to know the status of the order all with no reply after being told to text order info..I'm looking a refund at this point.
