Purchased a Groupon to try their service on 10/26 attempted to contact them numerous times - by phone, their web form and I sent an email, finally reached them by phone today only to be told a consultation (that has an additional cost) has to be completed one week prior to your service but that they'll be closed the week of the 15th and the 22nd for the holidays. :(
