I can't recommend Jess highly enough. Not only does she run an amazing weight loss business, she is genuinely one of the most caring and kind-hearted people you'll ever meet. She truly cares about every person she works with and is always there with encouragement, support, and understanding. The first time I followed the program, I lost heaps of weight and felt so good. Now I'm back for another go. This diet is not the easiest but it gets fantastic results really fast.
