This program is different than anything I’ve ever tried in the past. For the first time in a long time I have hope that it’s something that will be long lasting instead of losing and gaining back like usual. The office makes you feel comfortable and at home unlike the cold bland doctors offices you go to. I would like to take a couple minutes to tell you about a program that I'm been on it Weightless health center, in the city of Camarillo. When I just joined, I met a lady by the name of Kathy she's helping me out so much. She stood by me. Through the program she told me that for my snacks I can have ice cream and I thought she was crazy because I'm diabetic but she was correct since I've been in the program my diabetes have lowered and just recently my doctor told me that it's going very good and keep up the good work. I have lost 10% of my body weight and it’s thanks to Cathy and her team for their support and teaching me new ways of thinking about food and hunger etc. She also knows when to change things up to suit what works best for you and your lifestyle!! Weigh Less Health Center has really changed my life! I had never done a weight loss program before and was nervous that it might be really strict and limiting in what I can and can't eat. But they have really shown me through their program that it's not as hard as you'd think! And they really focus on being able to sustain your goal weight in a realistic way.
