I don't like writing bad reviews, but had a very bad experience with this company. My calls and emails were not returned, my taxes were not completed on time and not done correctly. I ended up paying penalties after WSR did my filing. The whole process was frustrating, painful, and more expensive than it should have been. Excellent tax preparation and very friendly efficient staff.
They always do good work. They're friendly and timely. Their prices are higher than I would like.
