Trying to resolve an issue regarding unpaid property taxes of which he represented as being paid in the closing. Dealt with Monique at the office, "He said you need to deal with real estate agent on that." I replied, "It has nothing to do with real estate agent." I am now being sent to voicemails with no response. The saga is not ending, will keep all posted. In the meantime, be EXTREMELY wary of using this office.
Kyrik is fantastic. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process of closing on my first home. A few issues popped up and he took care of them all. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.
