Took an Ego battery charger in to have the power cord replaced due to damage. They had it for 2 weeks plus a $40 deposit. I checked in with them yesterday. Said the repair person hadn't "been in yet". Got a text the following day that it was ready to be picked up. Upon inspection, these clowns put a 6 inch piece of electrical tape around the damaged cord. They apologized and I answered with "oh, I know exactly how sorry you are and I will NEVER return. Krystal went above and beyond to help me find the parts to repair a lamp. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! This is consistently my experience here. I’m always greeted and someone always offers to help me find what I need. I have been able to find some odd parts that I would not be able to find at a big box store because they have a repair shop at the store. (Parts for old door knobs, etc.)
These guys really helped be my advocate in a Ryobi warranty claim. They worked through issues and proactively communicated. The fixed tool is working great! I used it a bunch today! Thank you again and please patronize this fine establishment.
