I have frequentied this store for many years and have always found the staff to be curteous and helpful. Yesterday's experience however deserves a special kudo. An employee named Joe helped me repair an antique vasculu,m by making the effort to creatively jerryrig a fix for a broken part.
just had an awful experience with them. Bought a $4000 door from them with delivery included. I made sure that when they delivered they would be able to bring the door up one flight of stairs outside to where the door was being installed. I was assured they would do that. Then of course the asshole delivery crew refused. I called and complained and they refused to come back. I am now behind on my project. Cost me money and time.
