I like the drivers, they are amazing. - its just the system. The gps will have the drivers going the long way instead of directly to the route; even when i am the only passenger. I usually arrive at the destination 15-20 minutes later than the allotted time. Also, often so, it takes several hours to get somewhere that's 5 minutes away because there are no rides. Despite refreshing the app, sometimes impossible to get a ride the entire day, which makes me miss having a bus system. Lastly, I wish the range for rides were farth... read more
