Soulless, unhappy drivers for a great service that Nashville Transit provides, but the drivers are soulless and unhappy. A service without comment. I hope someday they'll replace them with robots; they'll spend less than with drivers who don't do their job correctly.
Busses don’t show up or leave when they’re scheduled. Sometimes they will leave 15 mins early. Sometimes 15 late. My experience is with the number 4 line mostly. Sometimes they don’t show up at all. Absolutely unreliable as a way to get to work
The bus was 3-4 minutes ahead of schedule so when we got to the bus stop, he had already left.
Buses skip stops, customer service is worthless and refuses to put me in contact with a supervisor.
