Easy system, a lot of people but It’s normal bc it’s a bus place
I lost my bus pass and the wonderful lady at the service window got the information needed to replace it. I thought it would be a lengthy, time consuming process however, things go smoothly when people know their role. This wonderful lady knew the process and got me back on the bus before dinner time.
