EDIT 5/22/26 Mr. Outcolt was kind enough to call me back from the firm to address this incident. Apparently Mr. O'Malleys excuse was that he was "in a meeting" and "didn't know who was calling." Then LET IT GO TO VOICEMAIL! WHO picks up an unknown phone call mid meeting to yell at a potential client??? NOBODY !!!! I am doubting his story in its entirety. Jay Carson is going to be staring down the barrel of an ethics and malpractice lawsuit. He "represented" me against Sinclair Community College. He refused to fight for anything besides the ridiculously and insultingly low amount that the college offered. I even provided a recent case to show possible precedent and I just got ignored. The settlement took 5 months longer than I agreed to and I incurred many more damages due to that as well.
