Ha, I live in the Washington Heiights neighborhood and my husband and our grand and great grand children all have devices. After checking around for quality services for phone and Ipad we gave this company a try. We love the prices and the immediate repair for our items. Yesterday, 7/29/2023 I took my damaged iPad to them around 2:30pm with the broken screen and by 5pm I was told the job was done. I went and picked up my iPad. I am very happy with their services. I came to this place because of the many amazing reviews. Unfortunately, I am wondering how this has any positive reviews considering the saga I’ve gone through with them. I came to get a screen replacement for an iPhone SE 2022 model. The gentleman said he’d take care of it and would call me the next day. Before I even got back home, he called me (about 10-15 minutes before the store closed) to tell me he had fixed it already and I could come get it. I live nearby so, I made my way back to pick it up.
