Got charged but ends up not being able to fix my device, didnt get refunded cuz “THEY TRIED” to fix it for 3days
The don’t charge if they can’t guarantee the fix, really good service.
Amazing and fast service, and if its for a simple easy fix they don't charge you for it.
Does not charge you if he can't fix it, will take the time to go through several options and answer questions, come in on his day off and skip lunch to rush a fix, and then charged me a fraction of what I would have paid anywhere else for the time, let alone materials. I am very happy I took the suggestion to go to Jackie!
