Hi Chris, I haven’t heard anything from you, BMH, or Shane Raymond and you still have not provided the time stamped records that were requested in right to access months ago. I also haven’t received any response to amendment request. At your earliest convenience if you intend to not provide the time stamped records that are documented in his EMR exist, please provide a denial with reason per HIPAA. Either your client has the records requested or he doesn’t. Neither of you have provided an amendment response to request to correct this matter or provided right to access the missing time stamped records.
