Never received my order. No updates from Wee Urban although it has been months since I originally placed it. No responses via email. I wanted to support a local Canadian company but this is terrible customer care.

I was introduced to Wee Urban 9 years ago when I had my son. Their sleep bags are the best! I had quite a few different brands of sleep bags gifted to me, but Wee Urban was always my go to, and the only one I would buy as he grew into bigger sleep sacs. The two way zipper made diaper changes a snap - in fact with THIS sleep bag I could even change diapers without waking him up! Such amazing products and fantastic customer service. I used the sleep bag almost 10 years ago for my daughter and most recently for my 1 year old. We love them - this is our go-to for sleep bags. The owner is so kind, helpful and easy to approach for just about anything. Thank you WeeUrban.

***UPDATE*** The owner contacted me a few days ago by email and phone. Apologizing for the lack of communication from the warehouse. Due to COVID in Ontario there have been many shut downs. I get it, I really do, its awful every where. she advised me my order was enroute and should be her on the 20th and someone from the warehouse should have responded advising me of this. She mentioned she will be working with the warehouses on the customer contact issue even if there is an outbreak. She also offered me a discount on my nex... read more
