Experience was horrible! Only cares about getting paid and not concerned for the children's well being. Does not comfort but demands. You call and call, but no response until a 909 area code number is being used and that's the only time. No two way communication .

PEOPLE BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS MONITOR SERVICE! I was referred by the Pomona Courts to use Wee Care 4 U Agency, if they only knew the reality of this monitor service. I was appalled by the conditions of the outside & especially inside of the "facility." Julie comes across as a non-bias party, however, from her inaccurate visitation reports that she provides to all parties, they are three different reports. Run!! Not a good monitor!! Her "facility" aka second home, is dirty; dirty carpet, dirty sofas and rundown house. Monitor never calls back if you have an issue that is concerning your children and their past visitation. Monitor claims to be professional, but her lack of communication depicts what a poor level monitor she really is. She only calls you back if she needs to schedule a visitation; otherwise, she's mia.
