We used Wedlake Bell who were recommended as one of the best rather worrying as after 18 months and tens of thousands of pounds THEY LOST - OR DID NOT READ - OR JUST DID NOT BOTHER WITH A LETTER FROM OUR OPPOSITION FOR OVER FIVE WEEKS - then did their best to advise us to withdraw our Caveats - this then ended our contact with them. Why anyone would use this company I have no idea 4 years on we are now in contact with the BBC and an MP regarding our case that Wedlake Bell failed miserably with.
