Unprofessional management team and staff. Residents not fed proper amounts of food. Building not in good shape
The staff at Wedgewood are friendly and compassionate. The nurse, Ashley, is top notch and always providing exceptional care!
Very polite and hospitable. The staff greeted me amd treated everyone woth respect. Very clean and welcoming.
Everything about physical therapy has been an empty promise. Today is October 23rd I have been laying in urine for 24 hours despite repeated requests to change. Was skipped over for meals and nurses aides refused to answer my call light. I'm getting the hell out of here ASAP and recommend you to avoid this place.
I've only been here 10 days so I will alter this review as needed. First the good: I am here physical therapy and the PT staff is highly trained and motivated to help me reach my goal of getting home. The administrative staff has been quite helpful and transparent in processing from another facility. Now the not so good. The unit staff are either amazing or beyond unprofessional, there's no in between. They have Angels here amongst the nurses and CNAs.
