I would not recommend the wedding wardrobe, the dress they sold me was faulty, there was an issue with the zip that they knew about when i tried my dress on when it arrived in the shop, I was told it would be fixed, it wasn’t, the end result I nearly missed my slot to get married, I spent hours of my wedding day sat in a robe, I missed so many memories that I can’t get back because I was dealing with a faulty dress, I was sewn into the dress and told not to sit down or go to the toilet! Tracey and Allyson were so patient with me, really listened and were so encouraging when I needed a bit of self confidence. The best experience I had out of any bridal shop I had been to, and I had been to few!! My experience with the wedding wardrobe was positive until my final fitting. A zip broke on one of my bridesmaid dresses during my final fitting. Staff present proceeded to blame my bridesmaid for ‘bending down’ in the dress. However then they openly admitted they had ‘loads of problems with zips breaking lately’ but yet still continued to use said zips?
