If you are considering booking this company, THINK TWICE - jokes on you if you proceed after reading this!!!! We were married in October 2024 and booked with this company based on their Instagram portfolio and their claims of wedding industry awards. Unfortunately, what we received was nothing like what they advertise or showcase online. We are extremely disappointed. Key moments such as our vows and first dance were not captured. We were very happy with our experience with Your Day Visuals. We love both videos they created for us (social media teaser and highlights film) and it is priceless to have memories of our day captured so beautifully. Thank you for providing us with such a lovely way to remember the day.
