Not impressed at all after attending my Sons Wedding on Sunday, October 30, 2016. Horriable! We ordered bridesmaid dresses there in July! My wedding was Sept 24th! They got the dresses one week before the wedding after havING a run around with Lisa the owner. She kept saying everyday they will be here the next day. Finally a week before the wedding we got them in a complete diffrent color!!! Then had to get a rush order sent again and they were here the wednesday evening before the wedding. She did pay for alterations after saying she would but she also complained how this wasn't her fault and shouldn't h... read more
I ordered a wedding dress for my daughter here....big mistake. I paid in full 2 months in advance. They said it would be there in 3 weeks. It never came and the owner Lisa kept giving me the run around. It soon became clear that she used the money and never ordered the dress until I had to chase her down. My daughter got the dress 4 days before the wedding. I wish I had known the owner Lisa was facing felony charges...I would have never done business with this shoppe!!! Beware!!!!
My wedding dress was perfect… the bridesmaids' dresses were a completely different story. One would think it is hard to mess up 2 dresses but obviously this place can do it. We were fed a bunch of lies from when the dresses were ordered to getting a refund. To top it off, the owner tried to blame my bridesmaid for not coming in to order her dress when actually someone there waited a month before ordering the 2 dresses.
