This review a little dated (events in late 2022) but still valid. Here's the backstory: I was leasing a condo in Ft Lauderdale for three years and decided to move. The landlord lived in Canada and had her realtor do the final inspection. The inspection came back clean with a couple of minor disagreements. The landlord resorted to add on additional items and to take everything out of the security deposit.
