Recently discovered WECU. Their interest rates are the best, easy on line banking and responsive customer service.
I had a terrible experience here. When I was trying to close a CD that automatically rolled to a lower interest rate after the first CD matured, the agent called me “man” instead of my first name or last name. Then the agent said they could wire transfer me the funds which would cost $25 or send me a cashiers check through the mail. Who sends checks through the mail anymore, especially considering I electronically transferred the money to them to open the account. This credit union is awful. Bank somewhere else.
