Sold my bike to these very nice people after trying for several months, but to no avail so I was told to try we buy E bikes website and there was a phone call number there and after a nice chat all he wanted me to do was to wrap the frame with a bit of bubble wrap and get it ready for transportation which he organised. He also put £100 in my account immediately And two days later the Balance remaining was placed into my account no problems at all. It was a pleasure doing business. I wish I’d done it months ago. Webuy-ebikes purchased my e-road bike. The whole process was exemplary from the collection to payment, kept informed at all stages even a call from the courier 10 minutes before arrival. Obviously concerned about security when selling remotely but all good, prompt payment made. Not one for writing reviews but this company deserved a mention.
