Friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful in terms of their products and experience. Delivery staff went well beyond expectations in installing and providing advice in the goods. Extremely happy with service and gladly recommend to others.
I was very pleased with the customer service Simon and the team provided. The Messmate furniture was first class with lots of feature and exactly what I was looking for. They delivered and set up all the furniture for me. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with Websters furniture. Great local store.

I would say a 5 out of 5, the staff knowledge is impeccable and the delivery service was an amazing experience. Everything was bought inside, assembled and then tested to ensure the recliners worked. They even moved the buffet into it position and removed any rubbish.
