Always a great experience at Webster furniture! very helpful, knowledgeable, fair priced with exceptional products. Christine helped us find a great mattress for our family but still had us try many others— her first suggestion was absolutely perfect for us. Glad she had us go through the product details, price range etc but as soon as I walked in she knew what we needed. Thankful for salespeople like her!!
They have very rude delivery people who are not professional. The Owner ignored her own responsibility. Do not recommend this store at all.
My delivery experience was a literal living nightmare with this place. I've had many other delivery experiences in my life, they've all gone wonderful, except this one.. My mother and I spent over $5,300 here on multiple different items, which had to be done in two different deliveries. The first delivery went fine, we tipped the drivers $50 each/$100 total because we knew they would be coming back with the second delivery.
