First time customer. Jennifer, the branch manager, is very kind and professional. Excellent service, open and well knowledgeable at answering my questions.
Terrible, Awful, Horrible and Disappointing Customer Service. I could not post this review with zero (0) star and needed to give 1 star, but they don't diverse 1 star. Terrible person answered my call today around 4:30 PM. I suggested to this Horrible person to hire a human being to answer the phone because she if Disgusting and did not solve my issue.
