Therese was wonderful and patient when I was doing the best I could to explain my Bill Pay issue.
Rude teller, it cost money to print your bank statements never heard of that, the whole experience was terrible
Great credit union very friendly staff. I have had an account here since I was a kid and never had any issues! The only negative thing I have to say is the hours of operation are worse than normal banking hours as they close at 430 and have no Saturday hours. Also the phone system doesn't have a holding line so if they are busy you have to just keep calling back instead of waiting on hold. All in all I would a recommend Them as a secondary bank.

A+ to the nice lady at the drive thru window 9/28/2023 around 2pm (short hair middle aged with a friendly disposition). I explained that I was at the bank to make a deposit to avoid a $15 monthly maintenance fee which I said I was dissatisfied with almost 4 charges. She told me she would do her best to ask if they can at least be 2 be waived.
