Several problems. First this is Allen. They did not get me in for 3 weeks even after I stopped in prior to surgery, and then reported that therapy needed sooner. We're not familiar with exactly what exercises to do. Told me to call back to confirm apt. time and after I did so, changed it without my consent by leaving a message I did not get til I showed up.
