Try to get a person who will help on the phone. they could care less. local essex ct branch. stay away. they jave poor service for long time customer. moving to another bank for my Restraunt account
Clean with a professional staff!
Very poor service. I couldn’t contact the Bank as it says no contact is available at this time, although the time of call was 10:15 am on Tuesday.
Do not use for mortgage lending. I used them for a purchase in 2021 and had an amazing experience. For my purchase in 2026, the experience has been terrible.
Chris testa is a horrible financial advisor I urge the higher up’s at Webster bank to review his job performance
