Very poor service. I couldn’t contact the Bank as it says no contact is available at this time, although the time of call was 10:15 am on Tuesday.
Do not use for mortgage lending. I used them for a purchase in 2021 and had an amazing experience. For my purchase in 2026, the experience has been terrible.

Homebuyers Beware: Webster Bank Dropped the Ball Webster Bank put my clients in serious jeopardy. They placed a $20,000 deposit and waived their mortgage contingency to win a home in Simsbury. Closing was scheduled in 30 days yet the bank still hadn’t issued a mortgage commitment or clear-to-close.
