Good tellers, slow and back office. Even though there are old employees, they don't know what they are doing and they ask each other questions and the customers often wait for a long time. In my opinion, the old employees from the old bank are still keeping their old habits. Since becoming Webster Bank, most of the branches have improved a lot but some old employees are still keeping their old habits.
