I have been banking with Webster since they were Fleet Bank!!! Having both business and personal accounts with this company the customer service and Manager at this branch are HORRIBLE and seen to be racist! I will be closing ALL accounts expeditiously!!!!
The worst bank around the valley, and i am not saying because of some bad behavior or attitude that this branch's employees have constantly based on their heritage, but i am saying because their ignorance that characterizes all of them starting from the manager all the way to their tellers and not going to the personnel who sits at their desks assuming they are the ones who knows the most, even though they are just some of the worst of everyone there.
