I have been a customer if this bank for over 25 years. Recently I had an issue that should have had a common sense solution. Unfortunately they told me I would have to close all my accounts (debit card, credit card and checking account.) This was literally over a $10.50 issue. Anyone who had to do this knows the difficulty this causes. One of the long employees said she would expedite this matter. We'll its now been two days and no answer.
