I went to my bank M&T to get my father’s will notarized but for some vague reason they said they could not do it. I called up Webster in Stratford, talked to someone right away who asked the notary Josh if he could notarize the will and he said of course. Just one hour later we were all sitting in a room with Josh and got it all done in ten minutes. Wonderful service all around and he didn’t even charge us. This is how business should be done!

Such a hard time to close an account. Run around for a week. Twice there system is down and 3rd, told I have to jave cashier check bc they dont have the funds and then told yes can have the cash but it will take 24hrs. Get it together webster been a customer for over 15yrs and it gets more ridiculous the longer I stay.

I used this bank for about 10 years, but I no longer come to this branch. Since the branch manager changed, there have been frequent mistakes with no apologies, and the staff are often rude. The Milford branch isn’t great either, but this location is significantly worse in terms of service. I now go to the Orange branch or handle my banking in New York instead. If you do use this branch, double-check everything—checks, deposits, and withdrawals—and make sure to keep your receipt.
