Blatantly lied to about how a money market at webster works. Was told it tied in with my checking and the account was fluid. It is not and does not. Thankfully I decided to only put a portion of my funds in. The teller was trying his best to talk me into putting all my money in. Also if they make a mistake, they literally disappear your account. No phone call, no email, nothing. Just bounced checks and failed automatic payments. Dont walk, run to this bank and remove your money!
Service at drive thru window always slow
I love this branch. I've been banking with them for 6 years now. I've started at this branch and I prefer to come here. The manager Hillary has phenomenal customer service. She's a big part of the reason why I prefer this branch.
