Service at drive thru window always slow
I love this branch. I've been banking with them for 6 years now. I've started at this branch and I prefer to come here. The manager Hillary has phenomenal customer service. She's a big part of the reason why I prefer this branch.
Costumer service was very disappointed
Came here to get my pistol permit notarized, mind you this is the very first time I’ve ever had to get a notary. The clerk was completely useless and was more focused on giving a woman at the window next to us emotional advice, rather than explaining to me the process. She then got annoyed that I didn’t understand what to do and proceeded to tell me I needed to come back after realizing I signed in the wrong place.
