I love this place. Of course you’ll have those ppl who act crazy and entitled… i must say, the employees do handle it well. I appreciate them and all they do always ✨. Always ready to help. They have handled changes with grace.
Great place! I was greeted at the door and helped immediately. I was Givin options and in details explained the pros and cons of each option and found an account best fit to my needs. The teller was patient,kind and tolerable of my teen silly kids! (Also a plus to have lollipops for the kiddos)
I was just in there to cash a check from my employer. The Hispanic manager took my check to another worker and was whispering with each other as if it was a fake check. She then gives me a look and makes a phone call asking to verify my check. I offered to call my manager she told me no. Then when it’s “verified” she proceeds to count my money and throw it at me. Extremely freaking rude and will be calling corporate. Because this isn’t the first time i was treated that way
