I am SO grateful to the team of people that helped me at this branch. I needed a tax form from 4 years ago that was regarding a deceased person, and they were able to pull it up and print it for me, even though all the paperwork had actually been done in CT. Couldn’t have asked for kinder, more helpful people. THANK YOU!!!
I had a really bad experience being a person from out of town . The staff was rude and inaccurate . Make sure you not go to this branch . Sandra the teller told me if I didn’t complied with their insane request I would be obligated to go back to my branch 300 miles away .
The bank is no longer located at 420 Lexington, it is next to it. Located on the ground floor on the street. It is its own dedicated location. It is an actual Webster Bank. The staff are very helpful, when I went in a Monday afternoon there was no line and 2 deposit capable ATM's. They were polite and fast with service. I would recommend this location for those in Manhattan as there aren't many other options that are as good or centrally located. I added a photo of the new entrance.
