It's a quaint bank that knows there customers well.
I have to deposit my money at the ATM due to my work schedule however the ATM doesn't accept my older 100 bills. It's very frustrating because I have to keep feeding the money into the ATM until it is accepted. My safety is at risk when this is happening. Please fix this problem. I told the bank teller to tell someone and she was very rude and could careless. Try to hire people that care about other people.
Disgusting service I went in to cash a check that someone's grandmother had given me for some vinyl. The manager treated me like a thief, looked at me disgustingly and refused to cash the check. No wonder why people hate Webster Bank. I left there in tears, as I struggle with depression. I just needed food for my dogs, and this guy ( manager) treated me like a thief.
Terrible ......no one answers the phone. I have called for the last two days and can't get in touch with anyone.
