Went to this bank to complete a refund from our phone company. They said they wouldn't help we had to call the bank by phone. After finally getting through and speaking with a representative with very broken English another representative said we would have to go into the bank to do this because they could not help. This appears that the bank must have run out of money and needed to steal ours to pay themselves.
