Went to this bank to complete a refund from our phone company. They said they wouldn't help we had to call the bank by phone. After finally getting through and speaking with a representative with very broken English another representative said we would have to go into the bank to do this because they could not help. This appears that the bank must have run out of money and needed to steal ours to pay themselves. Save yourself the frustration of having a savings account with this bank. They literally have zero customer service representatives for answering phone calls. I recommend going with a bank that has actual real alive human beings to answer your questions when calling. Otherwise, you will wait on hold for days and days. Terrible BANK. Deserves zero stars
