This is absolutely one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. My banking relationship manager was horrendous, un-attentive, un-response, and unprofessional in every conceivable respect. I opened a business account and he failed to question or inform me about my options. I wasn't able to wire funds, perform online banking, bill pay etc. Really just one of the worst banking experiences I've had in over 15 years.
