Huge pot hole in the drive threw teller lane closest to the building, could lose a tire in that thing.
I have hundreds of thousands of dollars flowing through Webster Bank multiple accounts and money market accounts with them and they charged me $10 for a cashier's check. Only at this branch have I ever been charged for a cashier's check. I called my branch and they removed the charge for me.

Poor customer service I called and made an appointment to see about a CD. My appointment was at 1:00. When I got there I was told that the person I had my appointment with was at lunch. I have since gone to another bank
