Great place
You can tell their personal lives are more important than their job. Terrible customer service. They look forward to just sitting pretty behind a desk and discussing personal lives using foul language in front of customers which is the least of their problem. The staff are always willing to take the time to answer any questions. Odessa the branch manager is knowledgeable in every service provided or will direct you to the proper contact. I have been with Webster for 30 years plus.iIhope this branch will remain at this location because it has a personal touch The best bank in Town.
