This branch is the pits ,and I was there the other day with a family....The waiting time was terrible.
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. You call one number and then they refer you to another, then you get referred back. I couldnt even get out debit card activated. Its been 1 week and still no progress. Customer service is abominable
I'm very surprised at some negative reviews of this Webster branch. I've been banking here since they came to Attleboro about 20 years ago, and I have had nothing but extremely positive experiences. Manager Gabby is wonderful and I have leaned on her expertise on several occasions. She's the best. Recently, Kay helped me and she's terrific. I can't say a negative thing about this branch of Webster or the bank in general.
