Went for a notary. 2 customers are at the counter. Sat for 12 minutes while the manager lady was “finishing up something”. As I got up to exit she finally asked if she could help me. I asked for a notary and she told me she couldn’t because I signed already. Fine. I made a mistake.. but in doing so I explained what the wording on the paper says and it doesn’t say anywhere I need to sign in front of her, it just said I had to prove it with my ID (which has my signature on it). I was having issues with the 1-800 customer service #. When I phoned the bank I was lucky enough to get the manager , Sharon Straughter. She was nothing short of amazing! She was calm, professional, & solved both of my problems in one simple friendly call.

Ive been with Webster for years and lately it always seems like theres an issue when I go in. I work in a field that deals with predominantly cash so I regularly make deposits. Every time I go in Im there for 20 plus mins because the machines there are always an issue. A simple transaction shouldn't take that long and yet it happens every single time and the staff quite frankly is rude about it.
