Terrible service. Everyone in this location has an attitude and always showing some type of mood. I got to the bank at 12:50pm on Saturday they close at 1. Needed todos small withdrawal. Of course the doors were locked as per usual, and they said they cannot let me access my account because they are closing. I emailed corporate and informed of this ongoing issue. This is annoying. Literally, every time I go in to the bank there's a priblem. The only transactions I do is move money from one account to another. Very simple. Always someone who doesn't know how to do a basic transaction. Been locked out online for months and the support staff is useless.
Atrocious! Terrible service. Terrible hours and availability. Questionable security, in my opinion. Was randomly locked out of online access many times for no clear reason. Go across the street and open an account at TD instead (as I did). I suffered with Webster before -when they were Astoria Bank and then Sterling. Now they are Webster. Still the same experience.
