Literally, every time I go in to the bank there's a priblem. The only transactions I do is move money from one account to another. Very simple. Always someone who doesn't know how to do a basic transaction. Been locked out online for months and the support staff is useless.
Atrocious! Terrible service. Terrible hours and availability. Questionable security, in my opinion. Was randomly locked out of online access many times for no clear reason. Go across the street and open an account at TD instead (as I did). I suffered with Webster before -when they were Astoria Bank and then Sterling. Now they are Webster. Still the same experience.
Not happy with Saturday hours considering I work overnights. Need to extend them past 1pm. Not fair to your customers.
