As there is many commercial banks out there I have found that Webster still believes in the small bank feel . I have been baking with them for since February this year and have to say that when I walk in to the banking center I am always greeted by name you don’t get at big banks your just a number. They know there products and service very well and offer you what you need and nothing more. Mobile banking is garbage put the correct password and tells me to call customer service I will be changing banks this bank is horrible
Aisha , Indra and others are very nice. It is so nice banking where people know your name and are so helpful.
If I can get away with giving this bank zero stars, I would. The customer service is horrible and getting worse. They never have enough employees. When trying to speak to somebody at the actual bank, you have to leave a message and Good luck expecting somebody to call you back because it's never going to happen.
