So I have been a Webster Bank customer for 16 years. I recently chose to close my account because I am so frustrated with the disaffected, impersonal service I have received. To quote the great Maya Angelou "When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time..." I should have known what was coming from Webster many times over the years as they nickel and dimed me. One memorable example of this was when we took a family vacation. The manager of this branch is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable, extremely personable and always remembers my name. I may be moving my accounts to Webster.
They dont count change. Our store gets shorted with uncounted rolls of change. Its a bank. Count the money... May have to get our change elsewhere....
